Your Message, Professionally Delivered

IDEA will host a special series of webinars to showcase emerging technologies, explore best practices and engage in conversations with global industry leaders, preferably on the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of the month.

IDEA invites district energy industry leaders to sponsor and provide educational and informational presentations on a rotation of topics ranging from district cooling, combined heat and power (CHP) and microgrids to energy-sharing, thermal storage and optimization strategies.

Details

  • Webinars will be 60-90 minutes in duration including Q&A, starting at 1PM ET.
  • Presentations must be submitted two weeks prior for review and approval
  • Presentation guidelines, templates and recommendations will be provided
  • An I&I logo will be provided and should be included on all slides
  • Presentations must be educational, include case study examples and have limited commercial content
  • Maximum of 3 presenters
  • Dates will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • IDEA retains the right of refusal if content is not appropriate.

Sponsor Fees

Fees are $6,000 for IDEA member organizations in good standing; $10,000 for non-members. Your sponsorship includes: 

  • IDEA promotion and production of webinar
  • Use of company logo in promotion
  • List of attendees after the webinar with email address for follow up (host must adhere to electronic communication standards by providing an opt-out feature in communications).
  • Links to webinar content and recording will be posted on IDEA website after live presentation to allow continued access.

IDEA will promote your webinar in a variety of ways, to ensure maximum visibility with our more than 10,000 members, subscribers and followers. This includes: 

• IDEA email notices and weekly newsletter
